Pretzel’s Picks Week 4
New England Patriots by 2 over the Baltimore Ravens
Only New Orleans has more points this season then the Baltimore Ravens. Anyone remember when the Ravens won the Super Bowl and barely scored a touchdown through the playoffs? I guess a lot has changed. The number 2 scoring offense combined with a defense ranked number 7 overall, I am not sure how they are not the favorite here. Baltimore wins this one out right.
New York Giants by 9 at the Kansas City Chiefs
The Giants have looked strong and the Chiefs have looked awful. There isn’t really much more to say in this one. Giants by 2 touchdowns.
San Francisco 49ers by 9.5 over the St. Louis Rams
Mike Singletary has said the game plan won’t change with Frank Gore out, that means a lot of pounding the rock for Glen Coffee. A strong running game means that they will control the clock not allowing St Louis’ offense on the field…not that it would make a difference. Niners by 14.
Minnesota Vikings by 4 over the Green Bay Packers
In a tough divisional game Favre gets his revenge in this game. Packers inability to keep Aaron Rogers upright is making what was predicted to be one of the best offenses in the league look very very mediocre. Jared Allen should have a field day. Vikings by 10.
Eliminator Pick
Houston Texans at home over the Oakland Raiders.
